Creating art alchemises line, colour and memory into meaning—transmuting doubt and the mundane into luminous images, forms, and revelations that alter maker and viewer alike.
4 contemporary artists showcase their unique visions in this upcoming group show.
The artist acts like a modern alchemist, transmuting inner lead—doubt, ordinary experience, chaos—into gold: an image, a form, a space that holds feeling and invites wonder. Through intuition and risk, the mundane becomes charged with resonance; accidents become revelations. Art’s magic is not illusion but conversion: it reshapes perception, opens hidden doors, and leaves both maker and viewer altered, carrying a small, luminous relic of the impossible possible.
This exhibition will feature original works for sale from these 4 incredible artists, directly within this beautiful gallery space, located opposite the Roundhouse, just 1 min walk from Chalk Farm Tube station.

INCAHOOTS is an eclectic new programme showcasing fine art, live music, spoken word, performance, short films and artist interviews.
Our vision is to bring together diverse artistic voices across media and generations, creating exhibitions and events that foster connection and cross-disciplinary dialogue. We aim to inspire creativity and celebrate the power of the arts to unite people from all backgrounds.
Founded in 2024 by artist Paul Kingsley Squire and his son, actor–writer Aldous C. Squire, INCAHOOTS has presented two successful editions to date.
The inaugural INCAHOOTS took place at Candid Gallery (Angel, Islington) in October 2024, featuring six fine artists and an evening programme of live music, spoken word and artist interviews.
The second edition ran at XYZ Gallery (Grays Inn Road, WC1) in April–May 2025. That show presented nine contemporary fine artists alongside evening events that included spoken word, live music, artist interviews and short film screenings in a vibrant reclaimed space.
Participating visual artists included Francesca Alaimo, John Ball, Rosso Emerald Crimson, Jarek Jay Filipowicz, Katerina Iacovides, Jessica Illsley, Keng Wai Lee, Paul Kingsley Squire, Michelle Watson and Ben Wilson, together with numerous performers, musicians, poets and filmmakers.
